In addition to the previously listed amenities, lessors will also have access to tenant break area and client waiting room for customers. Additional marketing opportunities are also available such as a lobby directory, online directory with booking links access, suite signage, and social media marketing on the Bon Vivant channels.

Our Flex Studio is an offering, unlike any other salon suite in the Omaha area. This studio is perfect for the part-time stylist. Inside the suite, there will be 2 styling chairs and 1 shared shampoo bowl. Stylists can rent this space in half or full-day increments with access to storage space for belongings when you aren’t busy creating.

Bon Vivant has an in-house construction team available to help complete tasks like hanging and mounting art or shelves, painting, and can complete larger customizations such as plumbing updates for your specific service needs. Additional costs may apply.

Bon Vivant allows but is not limited to Hair Stylist, Makeup Artists, Brow or Lash technicians, Nail Technicians, Estheticians, Medspa/Injectors, Massage Therapists, and more!

Each suite is outfitted with 1 handwash sink and 1 shampoo bowl. The Shampoo bowl is set up for access from the side.

All professionals in Bon Vivant are required to carry both Commercial General Liability And Professional Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 Per Occurrence and $2,000,000 Aggregate Limits.

Yes! Laundry and detergent is included in your rental fee. It is the requirement of the lessee however to provide their own towels/linens.
